Terms & Conditions

• All Diamond (1-Year Plan) Members registering with Chavara Matrimony.com/ Chavara Family Welfare Centre from September 1 – September 30, 2019 are eligible to participate.
• This Promotion is open from 1.9.2019 to 30.9.2019, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). Chavara Matrimony holds the sole right to extend or amend the dates of the promotion period as needed.
• Weekly Draw will be held to identify 25 winners per week.
• Chavara Matrimony/Chavara Family Welfare Centre shall intimate the Winners via phone/email within seven (7) days of the conduct of the Lucky Draw. (“Notification”). The Winners names will be published on our website.
• Prizes: 1 Gram Gold Coin for 100 Diamond Plan Members.
• The winners are required to redeem their prizes within 14 days from the date of notification, failing which the winner will not be entitled to the prizes.
• The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• Acceptance of prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of the Winner’s name, photo, image, voice by Chavara Matrimony for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without any permission/compensation.
• Employees of Chavara Matrimony (Chavara Family Welfare Centre), their immediate family members, advertising agencies of Chavara Matrimony, and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the promotion are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
• By entering the Lucky Draw, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to Chavara Matrimony’s /Chavara Family Welfare Centre’s Terms & Conditions.
